Private Events

Experience a fun relaxed environment where you'll be guided through the creative process, step by step. At the end of each event you will have your very own painting to take home and all the memories and laughs that it took to create.


Once you're at the event, everything else will be taken care of, including nibblies, all materials, brushes, easels, acrylic paint, aprons and glassware.


All you need to bring is your bestie and a bottle of wine (or drink of choice)!



PICK A TIME & DATE FOR EVENT: Check our online website for secured event dates and availability or email with your enquiry. Booking start times available between 10am – 5pm on Saturday and Sunday only.


HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS: 2–3 hour maximum. Includes a small break time for water change over. We need an hour before/after each event to setup & clean up.


HOW MANY CAN WE SEAT: 20 maximum (minimum fees apply, view additional details below). Attendees are required to be 18 years and over.


FOOD: Catering can be provided as part of the event booking and is charged at an additional fee. Alternatively, BYO applies.


DRINKS: BYO is required of alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages.



  • Private events include but are not limited to hens parties, birthdays, team building events, social gatherings and self-growth.

  • Private events are held in the Boyne Tannum Community Centre “Heron Room”;

  • Minimum of three weeks’ notice required to schedule a private event and availability is depended on room hire;

  • Minimum cost payable is for a group of 10 participants;

  • Additional cost of participants thereafter 10 is calculated per additional attendee;

  • Confirmation of numbers and attendee details upon booking;

  • Booking is confirmed/secured on payment;

  • Payment is due on receipt of invoice.



  • Pets to be secured from arrival to departure;

  • Suitable and safe access to the premises, taking into consideration the transport of heavy equipment;

  • Customer to have practical space, lighting, tables and chairs to accommodate participants and art equipment;

  • Table measurements and photos of the space are required upon booking, an inspection may also be required;

  • An accessible sink and water supply to wash equipment;

  • Allow for minimum 1 hour set up prior to class and 1 hour pack up after class;


NOTE: If your group has someone who does not want to paint but wants to join the party, they will still need to be included in the final numbers and payment for their seat is required.



  • Arrive, Sip & Socialise - Arrive 5 minutes early to grab a drink, apron & find your seat - get ready to impress yourself!

  • Relax, Paint & Party - Start the event with a blank canvas (or a pre-sketched canvas) and sip your way to a unique masterpiece - created by the one and only YOU!

  • Completed paintings to be taken home with you after the session.

  • Event photos taken throughout the session and posted on our Social Media pages.

  • Do you have decorations? Bring them along and set them up! Early entry into the event for setup can be arranged.


  • We do not issue refunds under any circumstance, only issue a studio credit to join us in the future.

  • We require at least two weeks notice if your private event has to be rescheduled, a $15 re-booking fee applies.

  • If someone in your group cannot make it and we are notified at least 24 hours before the event by email, we can issue a credit voucher only if the minimum fee has already been met. Credits valid for 30 days.
